Fresh Mahi Mahi
WannaRub Smoked Mahi Mahi Fish Dip
- Sprinkle WannaRub generously on fresh pieces of Mahi Mahi
- Place seasoned fish in smoker. Smoke using charcoal and chunks of oak. Keep around 200 degrees for 4 hours
- Cut up fish to remove skin and place in a bowl and stir.
- Chop up fresh green onion and jalapeño (optional)
- Add a generous portion of mayonnaise and mix.
- Add green onions and jalapeños.
- Pour in a couple dabs of Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce (optional) and more WannaRub
- Stir ingredients until it’s thick and creamy
- Serve on crackers or bread and enjoy!
