Preparation
Mix WannaRub and sugar together. Sprinkle a small amount of salt over chicken legs, then roll each leg in the rub-sugar mixture. Wrap bacon around legs at least 1 inch below knuckle and tuck under end piece of bacon. Place a strip of foil above the bacon wrap to cover knuckle (prevents knuckle from turning dark).
Place bacon wrapped legs on a foil-lined baking sheet with sides. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Baking time will depend on the size of the drumstick.
Remove tray from oven and lightly brush on BBQ sauce; return to oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
